Brieflex.ai is an educational training platform designed to assist students, including but not limited to law students, exam takers, and professional licensing candidates, through structured practice, drills, memorization tools, writing exercises, analytics, and AI-assisted feedback.

All Services are provided solely for educational and training purposes.

Results depend on factors outside the control of Rule Drill, Inc., including individual effort, academic standards, grading policies, and exam administration.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
Rule Drill, Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

‍8. USER CONTENT
You retain ownership of content you submit, including written responses, essays, practice answers, and other materials (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant Rule Drill, Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, process, store, analyze, and display such content solely to operate, improve, and provide the Services.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RULE DRILL, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, ACADEMIC RESULTS, GRADES, OR EXAM OUTCOMES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL RULE DRILL, INC.’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO RULE DRILL, INC. IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rule Drill, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or User Content.

Rule Drill, Inc. may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or to protect the integrity of the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
